How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How is the cost of laundry service determined?There are two pricing structures, Residential and Commercial. Please refer to our price lists above and book an order!

How do I schedule a pickup for my laundry?To schedule a pickup, you can call 470.593.7158 or Click Our Calendar. Choose the date and time that is convenient for you. Our laundry concierge will confirm your order and let you know when they are on the way to pick it up. If you need to reschedule, no worries! Just choose a different date/time. *PLEASE NOTE* We do require a 1 hour cancellation notice. If we do not receive a notification that the order has been cancelled or re-booked, there will be a $15 fee assessed.

Can I choose a specific location for laundry pickup?To maintain the safety of our employees and clients, Naturally Clean Spaces provides a no-contact pickup and delivery. We ask that laundry orders be placed at the front of your home or business for quick and efficient pickup. During the scheduling process, you will have the opportunity to provide instructions regarding the pickup location. Our laundry concierge will collect your laundry from the designated spot and return your fresh, clean laundry there as well .

How long does it take to get my laundry back?We strive to return your fresh, dry, and folded laundry to you within 24 hours from the time of pickup. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the condition and weight of your order. Rest assured, we will keep you informed of any unexpected delays.

What if I have heavily soiled garments or biohazard materials?For heavily soiled garments or items that may contain biohazard materials, we recommend not including them in your laundry order. Naturally Clean Spaces Laundry Service reserves the right to decline orders that contain biohazard materials to ensure the safety of our workers and clients.
